This five-story 310,000 sq ft. building is part of
a 37-acre corporate campus and serves as corporate
offices and broadcasting facilities. Visitors enter
through the full-height rotunda appointed with patterned
stone flooring, fabric-wrapped wall panels and an artistic
dome. Infrastructure supports a state-of-the-art, multi-channel
digital, 24-hour television playback and satellite
uplink operation. Other amenities include an attached
4-level, 542 stall, parking structure; full service
employee dining facility; outdoor terrace; fitness
center; and indoor racquetball courts.
Western States Fire Protection provided the design,
fabrication and installation of this state-of-the
art Neo-Classical Cable/Satellite TV command bunker
will be home to one 1250 GPM electric fire pump;
three wet and four dry standpipe systems; tow dry,
six pre-action and 22 wet pipe sprinkler systems;
and three FM 200 systems.
